From the moment we wake, the questions begin,
A whirlwind of thoughts starting deep within.
Is my phone charged? What should I wear?
What do I do with this frizzy hair?
Will I be hungry? Is the traffic slow?
Is my social battery ready to go?
Every “why” and “how” is a spark in the head,
Keeping us moving while we jump out of bed.
But a mind full of questions is a mind that is tight,
It searches for answers from morning to night.
Too many questions can make the heart race,
Leaving us tired and out of our place.
So find a quick answer, be bold and be brief,
Giving your brain some much-needed relief.
When a question finds a solution or end,
Your body relaxes—your mind is your friend.
Tomorrow morning, when the first thought appears,
Answer it quickly and quiet your fears.
Right or wrong, just choose a way,
And start with a calm heart to face the new day.
