SUNSET !

Before penning  down my thoughts, I would like to know yours first.Here’s my question; what is the thought that you get when you see the above picture. Hoping to see comments from all those enthusiasts  who read my attempt. 

When I look at this beautiful view of the sunset, ‘new beginnings’ is what immediately pops into my mind. In life we come across difficult times where things go so wrong that there’s no hope left. We still try hard to hold on to something thinking tomorrow might be better. Sunset resembles this exact feeling for me. No matter how bad or sad your day is right now, it’s going to end just the way the sun sets. Tomorrow with the new sunrise, would be a new day with something new to look forward to our lives.I wish I can always cling onto this thought while mesmerizing the peaceful sun settle down in the gleamy shades of clouds.

FLIPPING the COIN …

The normal foresee about sunset is that when the day ends and sun wishes to rest in peace , it says goodbye giving us a hope to wait until next rise. In context to the darker side, have we ever thought how does it really connect to something that ends , something that goes away leaving the sky without elements , leaving the stars alone. But yet again it has the same 2-way sight of letting the stars and moon shine their own light without needing sun’s rays. But it cannot be forgotten that everything comes to an end. Every damn little thing seize to exist. So does the SUN ! Sun has been there for you all day long and sunset is the time when it realizes that it has to stop, stop and think if it needs its own time to regain the brightness that can be showered upon. It has its own bounds to let the sky be owned by moon and stars. It is also bound to the cycle of environment , the cycle of universe.Here again not even sun is allowed to escape something that has been defined as standard, so are we – HUMANS !
For me sunset seems to deliver that vibe which clearly tells you , its time to pause , pause at least for a while before we start again. Its a realization that nothing can go on and on. Everything is gonna have that subsidiary milestone. Sunset makes us realize that today – the present moment is the best time , live in it , live for it. Awaiting for tomorrow with a hope of new sunrise is a good symbol of positivity but in the same race we should not forget that even hope is gonna seize to exist one day. Then why wait for that hope set . Why not shine bright and live in the moment just like the sun shines all day long thinking its gonna set for good. With every setting sun we have to learn to accept the end. How well we accept the end is what decides our await. With every rising sun if there is a hope of every new beginning , new aspirations, new life , let’s not forget the same will take a pause of moon cycle the very same day with setting sun – in turn letting down your hope , letting down your aspirations , letting down the light in us to make us realize everything is dark and dark is what we need to perceive to standstill for vanishing amidst the end of tunnel to win over darkness.
This also reminds me of Karen Horsley’s say – ” Days stretch into the sunset meeting the distant horizon and leaving only memories! “
These memories will flood through your soul leaving you in pain (though happiness could be one side) with tears. People say there exist something called happy tears but have we thought the first thing tears roll down is when you are in pain. The setting sun takes away the entire day may it be happiness / sadness , joy/sorrow , your struggle , your efforts and every little thing which would have been under either happy moment or sad moment.
Nothing remains at the end. Not even a single ray of sunlight.
Then how do we say there is hope ?
Shouldn’t there be at least a ray keeping up our hope ?
This usually doesn’t happen , its just our tendency to find something that is not left out. So is it for me to not find the hope as ray symbolizing the same doesn’t exit anyway.
